LEANNE KOLB is Chief Financial Officer of Silver Creek and an active participant in Silver Creek’s investment process. She is responsible for managing the financial functions of the firm, including overseeing activities related to corporate and fund accounting, treasury and cash management, product structuring, tax, and valuation, while also playing a role in the firm’s strategic initiatives. She also leads the operational due diligence process, evaluating the financial controls of existing and prospective managers. Prior to joining Silver Creek, Ms. Kolb was a senior manager within Microsoft’s Internal Audit Group, focusing on the company’s treasury and investment related activities. Preceding this position, she was a manager with Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers), concentrating in the financial services industry. Ms. Kolb holds a B.S. in finance from Pacific Lutheran University.
