MARISSA COSTALES is Senior Counsel and the Chief Compliance Officer at Silver Creek. Ms. Costales manages the legal review process for all activities related to the firm and its fund offerings. She also oversees the implementation and enforcement of Silver Creek’s Code of Ethics and Regulatory Compliance Program. Prior to joining Silver Creek in 2004, Ms. Costales received a J.D. from New York Law School, where her studies were focused on securities regulation and corporate transactions. Ms. Costales also holds a B.S. in Political Science from New York University and holds the Investment Adviser Certified Compliance Professional® designation from COMPLY.
