MATT HURL is a Managing Director and the Tax/Corporate Controller at Silver Creek. He manages all aspects of the firm’s tax functions including fund structuring, manager due diligence, investor reporting and overall tax compliance. He is also responsible for overseeing financial operations of the firm’s management companies. Prior to joining Silver Creek in September 2011, Mr. Hurl was a Manager in the Audit Division at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he spent five years working in both tax and audit primarily for clients in the financial services industry. He holds a B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and a Masters in Professional Accounting – Taxation, with honors, from the University of Washington. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
